On the afternoon of March 18, Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Standing Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with the delegation of the Indonesian Embassy in Vietnam led by Mr. Addy Perdana Soemantry - Commercial Attaché to review the organization of the Meeting with Indonesia in 2024.
At the meeting, Mr. Addy Perdana Soemantry said that there will be 100 delegates from Indonesia attending the 2024 Meeting with Indonesian Government Agencies and leaders of Indonesian businesses. Among them, there are 2 ministers (Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries; Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises) and 1 leader of East Java province. Therefore, the Indonesian Embassy in Vietnam hopes that Khanh Hoa province will pay attention to welcoming and arranging thoughtful accommodation for senior Indonesian leaders attending the conference in particular and Indonesian delegates in general. Organize for the Indonesian delegation to visit and conduct field surveys at some high-tech aquaculture sites; clean energy projects in the province. Prepare well the content of the leaders' speeches, the presentations of the delegates at the conference sessions, etc.

After listening to the leaders of the departments and branches attending the meeting report on the implementation of assigned tasks related to the 2024 Indonesia Meeting, as well as the direct exchange of opinions at the meeting, Mr. Le Huu Hoang hoped that the working delegation would take note of the comments from Khanh Hoa province. From there, the two sides would closely coordinate with each other in implementing specific work contents. In particular, members of the working delegation need to conduct field surveys at conference venues, sightseeing locations, and accommodations of high-ranking delegates. Mr. Le Huu Hoang also noted that the provincial agencies should do a good job of welcoming delegates to the conference in a thoughtful and safe manner; pay attention to the living and culinary issues of Indonesian delegates appropriately... All of this is to best prepare for the successful organization of the 2024 Indonesia Meeting, leaving a good impression on the delegates.
It is known that the Meeting with Indonesia 2024 is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the Indonesian Embassy in Vietnam and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province. The official conference will take place on March 22, in Nha Trang city. The conference will have an opening session, a discussion session and specialized sessions. Thereby, delegates will focus on discussing and clarifying the contents of: High-tech agricultural cooperation and sustainable aquaculture development; digital economy and tourism cooperation; cooperation in developing renewable energy and high technology, etc.
