ACB Securities 'holds' nearly 30 million VIB bank shares

Specifically, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) has just updated shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital at VIB.

Accordingly, ACB Securities Company Limited owns nearly 30 million VIB shares, equivalent to 1% of this bank's capital.

The number of shares of people related to ACB Securities at VIB is 995,454 shares, equivalent to 0.033% of capital.

ACB Securities (ACBS) is a company under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB), Mr. Do Minh Toan is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and legal representative. This securities company has a large charter capital of 10,000 billion VND.

Regarding business performance, ACBS recorded operating revenue for the whole year of 2024 reaching VND 2,534 billion, up 51% over the previous year. Profit after tax reached VND 683 billion, up 72%.

Recently, ACBS unanimously approved the 2025 operating direction with total assets of nearly VND 32,900 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 1,350 billion.

VIB is a bank chaired by Mr. Dang Khac Vy. On its website, VIB introduced itself as being established in 1996 with an initial charter capital of 50 billion VND and 23 employees. By the end of 2024, this bank will have a total of 11,323 employees and a charter capital of 29,793 billion VND.
