Stocks fell more than 12 points, "sharks" sold VHM heavily

(Dan Tri) - Vinhomes' VHM shares were net sold for more than 1,559 billion VND, followed by SHP, VCI, and HAH.

In the stock trading session on June 6, the market was under strong correction pressure. VN-Index decreased by 12.2 points to 1,329.89 points. Many large-cap stocks negatively affected the index such as TCB, FPT , LPB, MWG, VPB, VIC, MBB, VNM...

In the VN30 pillar stocks, 22 stocks decreased, only 5 stocks increased in price. Of which, PLX of Petrolimex increased the most, up 3.6%. This petroleum group is preparing to close the right to pay 2024 dividend, rate 12% in cash.

Other gainers in the VN30 group were HPG, STB, HDB and SSB. HPG and some steel stocks remained green on a day when the market fell. HPG shares rose 1.17%, TVN rose 1.39%, TLH rose 0.56%...

Several stocks related to billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong all decreased or remained unchanged, such as VIC, VHM, VRE, and VPL. Of these, VHM decreased by 1.04%, and was the stock that foreign investors sold the most net today. The net selling value of VHM was over VND1,559 billion.

Following that were the stocks that were strongly sold such as SHP, VCI, HAH... On the contrary, the stocks that were net bought were HPG, VIC, DIG.

On the day of strong market correction, HoSE only had 2 stocks hitting the ceiling, including HSL (Hong Ha Food Company) and DRH (DRH Holdings). HSL's liquidity reached 920,600 shares, while DRH's reached nearly 3.8 million shares.
