The program is directed by the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee, chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, coordinated by the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts with the People's Committee of Da Lat City, BEE Media Company; broadcast live on Lam Dong Radio and Television (LTV) at 8:10 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30.
