Currently, large technology and telecommunications companies in the province have been building an ecosystem of products to promote comprehensive economic development in all fields with a full range of products such as electronic invoices, electronic tickets, electronic contracts, e-commerce trading floors, etc.

The province currently has more than 9,500 digital signatures used by companies and enterprises for digital signing, authentication, and implementation in electronic transactions in the form of providing equipment and using such as Token, Sim, HSM, Smart; about 72% of small and medium enterprises use digital platforms in management, operation, production and business (SXKD); 100% of enterprises have completed registration for issuance and use of electronic invoices...
The initial results achieved have been accelerating the development of the digital economy in the province. In 2023, the proportion of the digital economy will account for 21.6% of the province's GRDP. However, the application of e-commerce to serve the production and business activities of enterprises in the province has become popular, but most enterprises do not have a strategy or appropriate investment to exploit these applications in depth.
There are no enterprises operating in the field of providing large-scale e-commerce services in the province. The proportion of enterprises with websites with functions of buying, selling, marketing, payment, and completing orders on the website compared to the total number of enterprises operating in the province is still low, mainly only stopping at the form of promoting and introducing products.
In order for Vinh Phuc to be in the top 10 provinces and cities leading the country in digital transformation by 2025, the Provincial Digital Transformation Steering Committee has set out 5 key tasks and solutions to be implemented in 2024 to achieve the goal of striving for at least 80% of enterprises in all fields and industries to deploy IT applications in production and business activities and participate in commercial transactions on the network environment; the proportion of digital economy reaches at least 20% of GRDP; the proportion of enterprises using e-commerce contracts reaches 50%; the proportion of small and medium enterprises using digital platforms reaches at least 75%...
Accordingly, in the coming time, the province will continue to coordinate with telecommunications units to improve the quality of digital infrastructure, meeting the needs of economic transformation. Support businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities to build e-commerce websites suitable for their production and business models and products and participate in cross-border e-commerce networks.
