Digital transformation – Public administration operates on data

The Ministry of Science and Technology is playing a leading role in building a data platform and perfecting institutions for digital government, helping ministries, branches and localities connect and share information more effectively. Digital transformation in public administration has now become a daily task. As of October 29, 2025, more than 14.5 million records were processed through the National Public Service Portal, of which 83% were done online.

After 4 months of operating the two-level government model, the rate of public services implemented entirely in the digital environment reached 37%, showing a clear shift from "solving with paper documents" to "solving with digital data".
