On October 2, 2025, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province issued Plan No. 81/KH-UBND to direct and implement specific and comprehensive activities in the whole province in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2025 , associated with the themes " Comprehensive, nationwide digital transformation to accelerate and break through digital economic development " and "Digital transformation: Faster, more effective, closer to the people".

Since the beginning of October, the Department of Science and Technology has chaired a large-scale, multi-channel, multi-platform communication campaign , coordinated with departments, branches, and localities to deploy synchronously. In particular, the National Digital Learning Festival Program held at the market space of Thanh Tin border commune was livestreamed on Facebook platform, attracting tens of thousands of views and interactions. Promoting digital awareness through online contest

From October 10 to October 24, 2025, Tuyen Quang province organized an online quiz contest to learn about digital transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW with a test consisting of 45 questions and answers, focusing on a rich design, revolving around basic digital knowledge and skills with key content on goals, viewpoints and solutions to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo. on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

The contest attracted 30,429 participants with 81,788 entries, of which 437 people and 6,649 entries answered all questions correctly, the fastest and correct answer took only 42 seconds ... These numbers show the attraction and widespread propaganda effectiveness of the contest in promoting awareness and digital transformation actions among the entire population.

Enhancing digital capacity from the grassroots
