Nurses in emergency departments, intensive care - anti-poisoning, and severe illness rooms in hospital departments almost always have to stay up all night, monitor every patient's progress and provide appropriate care.

The writer of this article witnessed that even though working hours were over, patients were continuously brought to the Emergency Department of Quang Nam General Hospital. The examining doctors and nurses followed orders: one patient was taken for an X-ray, then another patient was taken to the minor surgery room. The job was so stressful that if one was not patient and passionate about the job, it would be difficult to survive.
