Initially, the police determined that DM had been driving in violation on Nguyen Co Thach Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City. This is a residential street with a speed limit of 60km/h, but DM was driving at a maximum speed of 140km/h as reported in the clip.
The police have drawn up an administrative violation report against DM for speeding, with a fine of 11 million VND. At the same time, they decided to revoke his driver's license for 3 months.

The content in the clip DM "boasts" about his ability to drive a car. The content also shows that sometimes DM steps on the gas to make the car roar at high speed but sometimes brakes suddenly.
And this girl said in the clip: “100! The red light is very close, but I can still control the braking distance accurately”.
In particular, in the clip, there is a moment when the screen in front of the steering wheel announces the car's speed is 140km/h.
The clip posted on Facebook DM has received many shares and comments. Most of the comments expressed that the girl was driving at such a high speed, which was very dangerous for herself and other road users.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police Team - Thu Duc City Police got involved, coordinated with An Loi Dong Ward Police to invite DM to work, and made a record of administrative fines.
