The first batch of bird's nests flies to the billion-people market
On January 5, 2024, the first batch of high-quality bird's nests exported to China by The Hai Yen was cleared through customs. The shipment met the quality assessment standards of the authorities and was delivered to the partner, Changhe Trading Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen), in accordance with the quantity agreed upon in the previous contract. 100% of The Hai Yen's high-quality bird's nest products met the quality inspection requirements of the authorities and purchasing partners.
This is the first batch of Vietnamese bird's nests to be officially transported by air to China since Vietnamese enterprises were granted export codes for bird's nest-related products in October 2023.
A representative of Hai Yen Nha Trang Company said that on December 30, 2023, Hai Yen Nha Trang Company carried out export procedures and transported the first batch of high-quality bird's nests to China by air, with a route from Tan Son Nhat International Airport ( Ho Chi Minh City) to Bao An International Airport (Shenzhen).
This is one of the special milestones of the Vietnamese bird's nest industry, when Vietnamese bird's nest is present in China and ready to serve the consumption needs of the billion-people market before the New Year of the Dragon 2024.

Previously, the General Administration of Customs of China issued an export code on October 20, 2023 and issued an official dispatch granting permission to Hai Yen Nha Trang Trading One Member Co., Ltd. (The Hai Yen) to officially export bird's nests to China.
According to Ms. Tran Thanh Hai, in order for Vietnamese bird's nest to be exported to the Chinese market, it is necessary to mention the close attention and enthusiastic support of leaders at all levels of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development , the Department of Animal Health, the Vietnamese Embassy in China... from the stages of preparing documents, inspecting factories and testing product quality.
