Quang Ninh Provincial Police Investigation Security Agency announced

The Investigation Security Agency of Quang Ninh Provincial Police is investigating the criminal case of "Organizing illegal entry for others", discovered on January 22, 2025 at coordinates 21°04'069"N - 108°04'602"E in the sea area of Vinh Thuc commune, Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province. Through the investigation process, the Investigation Agency temporarily detained an inland waterway vehicle with the following characteristics:

+ Second main engine: ZS1100, rated capacity 12.1 kw (equivalent to 16 horsepower), rated rotation speed 2200 (r/min).

Regarding documents: Vehicle has no accompanying documents or papers.
