Leading training and research institution in pioneering and innovative Educational Management

The Faculty of Educational Management was officially established under Decision No. 595/QD-DHSPHN-TCCB dated April 14, 2005 of the President of Hanoi National University of Education, laying the foundation for systematic training and in-depth research in the field of Educational Management in Vietnam.

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tri, Head of the Faculty of Educational Management, emphasized that since its inception, the Faculty has aimed to become a leading training and research institution in Educational Management, a place where lecturers, experts and educators who share the same aspiration to innovate and develop Vietnamese education converge. Having gone through many difficulties and challenges, generations of teachers and students of the Faculty of Educational Management have unanimously built a solid foundation, affirming the spirit of pioneering, innovation and constant improvement.

Over 2 decades of construction and development, the Faculty has inherited and constantly innovated, creating a sustainable foundation for today's growth. Each stage is the mark of generations of leaders, lecturers, and specialists, who have silently contributed, passing on the flame of passion and desire for development to the Faculty.

Up to now, the Faculty of Educational Management has trained more than 100 PhDs, thousands of masters and bachelors in specialized fields. In addition, many key educational management staff, school management staff and teachers at all levels have been trained with certificates and specialized training, meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training in the country.

Dr. Nguyen Quoc Tri said: "Many national and international scientific conferences have been organized, many applied research topics have been accepted and implemented, making practical contributions to the educational innovation. The Faculty has established its own identity, where theory is closely linked to practice, where knowledge always aims at human values and the sustainable development of modern Vietnamese education."

Besides teaching and research, generations of staff and students of the Faculty of Educational Management always actively participate in mass movements, volunteer, contribute to the community, spread the spirit of humanity and social responsibility.
