There are still 36 households in Thanh Ha that have not received compensation to widen Road 390.

The project to expand road 390 through Thanh Ha district has only 36 households that have not received compensation.

As of October 19, Thanh Ha district has paid compensation to 437 out of 473 households with land, assets, and trees within the clearance boundary for the Provincial Road 390 renovation and upgrade project with a total amount of nearly 50 billion VND.

There are 36 households that have not received money, including 28 households and individuals in Thanh Cuong commune and 8 households and individuals in Thanh Quang commune. The reason is that these households do not agree to determine the compensation boundary according to the certificate and land acquisition notice, requesting compensation up to the edge of the asphalt road. Some households and individuals do not agree to sign the field inventory record, requesting to apply the compensation unit price for land, trees, and crops according to market price...

Previously, by March 2024, this project still had 135 households that had not received compensation.

To implement the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge (Thanh Thuy commune) to the approach road to Quang Thanh bridge (Thanh Cuong commune), the People's Committee of Hai Duong province assigned Thanh Ha district to clear the land. Thanh Ha district has announced the recovery of more than 123,000 ^m2 of land currently used by 473 organizations, families and individuals in Thanh Thuy, Thanh Quang and Thanh Cuong communes.

In order for households to receive compensation and hand over the site to the construction unit, Thanh Ha District Party Committee and District People's Committee focused on propagating and disseminating policies and laws to the people and promoting the role and responsibility of the heads of Party committees and authorities of communes whose land was recovered for road construction, striving to complete the site clearance work to implement the project before November 15, 2024.

Provincial Road 390 from Hop Thanh Bridge to Quang Thanh Bridge will be constructed in 415 days, starting from December 5, 2023. The road is more than 5 km long, level III delta scale, 12 m wide.

At Hop Thanh bridge area, a bridge unit with a cross-section of 7 m was added. The project has a total investment of 421.1 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The joint venture of Joint Stock Companies: Viet Hoa Construction and Trade, Investment and Construction No. 18 carried out the construction. The construction units have completed 3.5 km of Road 390.
