Concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land" honors generation of coal industry workers

(Dan Tri) - On the evening of November 12, more than 30,000 spectators joined the concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land" - a political art program honoring 89 years of tradition of workers in the Mining region and coal industry.

On the evening of November 12, at October 30 Square (Ha Long City), the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province organized a special political art program called Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land.

The event to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Tradition Day - Coal Industry Tradition, was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang, General Director of Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV) Vu Anh Tuan, along with tens of thousands of workers, people and tourists.

The program is elaborately staged, an artistic journey from the past to the future of Quang Ninh land - where the spirit of "Discipline and Unity" is not only a historical slogan but also an endogenous source of strength promoting development today.

From “coal in the ground” – a symbol of determination and perseverance, to “light and aspiration” – a symbol of creativity and leadership, the program realistically depicts the journey of labor, dedication and innovation of the people of the Mining region.

The concert is divided into 3 consecutive chapters: From the ground - the fire of faith, Discipline - Unity: The source of strength and Quang Ninh - Aspiration to rise in the new era .

The moment tens of thousands of people sang together I am a coal miner, Together we join the Red Army, The Party is the spring of the miners with singers Trong Tan, Do Hoang Hiep, and the Oplus group, the space was filled with excitement.

The audience seemed to relive the "Heroic Mining Land" period through the warm, heroic voice of People's Artist Quang Tho with the songs: Love song of a miner, Heroic Mining Land.

Besides traditional performances, the stage also welcomed the return of young artists from the Mining region such as: Den, Bich Phuong, along with the participation of many famous stars: Ho Ngoc Ha, Hoang Thuy Linh, Toc Tien, Truc Nhan, Trong Hieu, Quang Hung MasterD...

A series of hits such as: See Tinh, Tu Phu, Mang Tien Ve Cho Me, Duong Ve Nha, Hao Quang are newly arranged, creating a youthful, brilliant and modern atmosphere.

More than 1,000 actors and artists participated in training and performing, combining with circus artists to create impressive performances. The stage was invested with K2 sound system, laser light technology, 3D mapping and modern smoke and fire effects, bringing an eye-catching artistic feast to the audience.

Not only an art program, the concert Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land is also a profound gratitude to generations of miners - those who have contributed to the appearance of the heroic land today. Through the music, lyrics and images, the audience feels the pride, love for the profession and the spirit of unity and discipline of the coal miners of Quang Ninh.

Within the framework of the program, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province called on the audience to join hands with the people of the Central region who are affected by natural disasters, spreading the spirit of solidarity and affection of the Mining region.

Following the success of Ha Long Concert 2025 , the program Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land is not only an artistic gift to pay tribute to miners, but also a unique cultural - tourism product, contributing to affirming the brand of Quang Ninh - a land of heritage, dynamic, creative and pioneering in developing cultural industry and night economy.
