Binh Phuoc Police opens first driving test

BPO - On the morning of May 7, at the Driver Training and Testing Center, Eastern College (Tan Phu Ward, Dong Xoai City), Binh Phuoc Provincial Police organized the opening ceremony of the road motor vehicle driving license examination. This is the first driving license examination and issuance since the Provincial Police took over this function and task from the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction).

There were 283 students participating in the theoretical and practical examinations for the A1 and A class motorcycle driving licenses. Of which, A1 class is granted to drivers of two-wheeled motorcycles with a cylinder capacity of up to ^125cm3 or an electric motor capacity of up to 11kW; A class is granted to drivers of two-wheeled motorcycles with a cylinder capacity of over ^125cm3 or an electric motor capacity of over 11kW and the types of vehicles specified for A1 class driving licenses.

Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, spoke at the opening ceremony.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, praised the sense of responsibility of the units that coordinated to organize the test; in particular, highly appreciated the role of the Traffic Police Department in proactively coordinating closely with the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ), the Department of Construction and functional units to promptly advise on organizing the test in accordance with regulations, promptly serving the needs of granting and exchanging driving licenses for the people.

Issuing a driver's license is not just a simple administrative procedure, but a step to test the capacity, qualifications, legal awareness and skills of traffic participants. Therefore, the provincial police leader proposed that the testing and issuance of driver's licenses continue to be strongly improved, applying technology, tightening the process, improving quality and preventing negativity, contributing to building a safe, civilized and modern traffic culture.
