On April 25, at the Truong Son Martyrs' Memorial, the Hanoi City Police Delegation respectfully offered incense, reported on achievements and commended 50 outstanding young people following Uncle Ho's teachings, period 2020-2025.
This is an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security, and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.
In an emotional atmosphere, the City Police Delegation performed the incense offering and flower offering ceremony at the Truong Son Martyrs Memorial.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Manh Hung, Head of the City Police Youth Union, emphasized that the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the City Police have effectively organized all aspects of the Youth Union work and youth movements of the Capital Police.

Entering a new era - the era of national growth, the youth of the Capital Police are determined to excellently complete all assigned tasks; contributing to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern Capital Police force, meeting mission requirements.
At the ceremony, 50 outstanding young people following Uncle Ho's teachings in the 2020-2025 period were honored. These are exemplary members and young people, representing thousands of young officers and soldiers of the Capital Police force who are silently dedicating themselves day and night for the peaceful life of the people. Each example is a beautiful story, a meaningful action, deeply spreading the spirit of "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people".
Within the framework of the ceremony, representatives of the city police presented gifts to 25 wounded soldiers and veterans who participated in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign to liberate the South and reunify the country, and students with difficult circumstances in the city.
In addition, officers, soldiers, union members and youth of the City Police visited and participated in traditional activities at the Ho Chi Minh Trail Museum. The City Police Women's Committee offered incense at Mai Dich Cemetery, Hanoi City Martyrs' Cemetery and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs of the Capital Police.
At the same time, the Youth Union, Women's Union of department-level units, commune, ward and town police also simultaneously organized incense and flower offerings at martyrs' monuments in Hanoi.
