BHG - On the morning of May 10, at the Binh Vang VocationalEducation and Driving Test Center, Dao Duc Commune (Vi Xuyen), the Provincial Police organized the opening ceremony of the first driving license test after taking over the task from the Department of Transport. Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Duong Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; and many candidates participating in the exam.

The test had a total of 299 candidates taking the driving license test for classes B to E. At the test, the Traffic Police Department approved the decisions, rules, and regulations of the test; the candidates had their records checked by officers of the Traffic Police Department and Binh Vang Vocational Education and Driving Test Center, and were instructed to participate in the test sections including: Theory; simulation; driving in pictures; driving on the road.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Duong Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized: “To successfully carry out this examination, the leaders of the Provincial Police requested the Examination Council to thoroughly grasp and organize the examination in accordance with the provisions of the law, openly, transparently and objectively. Examiners, technical staff, and council secretaries must work with the highest sense of responsibility and efficiency. During the examination organization process, specific tasks must be assigned with the motto "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities". In addition, the Binh Vang Vocational Education and Driving Test Center actively coordinates and supports facilities and means for the examination; at the same time, supports the Police force in performing its tasks, especially in overcoming arising errors so that the examination takes place smoothly and safely".
This is the first test hosted by the Provincial Police after receiving the task transfer from the Department of Transport. It is an important milestone, demonstrating the determination of the Provincial Police force in continuing to promote the achieved results, while improving the quality and efficiency of testing and granting driving licenses in the new period.
