From March 8, 2023, Ben Tre Provincial Police have implemented the reception of applications related to CCCD through the online public service portal. Accordingly, people only need to register for a public service account or have a level 1 or 2 electronic identification account to access the address: http://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn to easily register and submit applications.
After successfully entering the Ministry of Public Security 's Public Service Portal: http://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn, people choose the Online application submission section in the general folder or the CCCD card issuance and management section and choose the procedure for re-issuing the CCCD card (choose the implementation level at the provincial or district level) à choose to submit the application and log in with the VNeID electronic identification account à Enter information about the reason for implementation, implementation level (choose the provincial level), implementing agency (choose Ben Tre Provincial Police) and continue to the request form, check the information (if any errors or missing information are found, citizens are requested to go to the police station of the ward or commune where they are permanently residing to update and edit the data), then click on the information commitment section à continue to register the CCCD information collection schedule to choose the date to go to the provincial police headquarters to perform the related steps according to regulations à After completing the steps, select Confirm to send to complete the registration.
After successful registration, at the registered time, citizens must go to the headquarters of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Provincial Police or District Police according to the registration location to present the receipt of the request for issuance, exchange, re-issuance of CCCD card or the online registration code to receive the application.
Registering to receive information through the public service portal helps to create maximum convenience for people, helping to save maximum time and effort. People can completely proactively arrange time to go to the agency's headquarters to carry out procedures for granting CCCD.
According to the unit's statistics, after 1 week of implementation, the rate of online registration for citizen identification related content has reached more than 50% of the total number of newly generated applications, showing the interest and participation of the people. Currently, the Provincial Police are continuing to deploy solutions to promote propaganda and guide people to register online.
