Announcing the List of 33 standardized administrative procedures in the fields of Nature Conservation and Biodiversity; Surveying and Mapping; Meteorology, Hydrology; Water Resources

According to Decision No. 1239/QD-UBND, there are 33 standardized administrative procedures in the fields of Nature Conservation and Biodiversity; Surveying and Mapping; Meteorology, Hydrology; Water Resources under the authority of the Department of Agriculture and Environment/District People's Committee/Commune People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

Including administrative procedures on: Granting licenses for exchange, purchase, sale, donation, lease, storage, transportation of specimens of species on the List of species prioritized for protection; Providing information, data, measurement products and maps; Granting licenses for hydrometeorological forecasting and warning activities; Registering the use of water surfaces, digging lakes, ponds, rivers, streams, canals, ditches, and streams; Calculating fees for granting the right to exploit water resources for works for domestic use that have been put into operation and have been granted a license to exploit water resources but have not yet been approved for the right fee; Granting licenses for underground water exploration for works with a scale of less than 3,000m3/day and night; Registering the exploitation and use of surface water, seawater, etc.

In Decision No. 1239/QD-UBND, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to develop an internal process for handling administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committees at district and commune levels, and send it to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to develop an electronic process before May 12, 2025.

Abolish the following Decisions: No. 2534/QD-UBND dated July 17, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on promulgating the List of amended administrative procedures in the field of Environment under the jurisdiction of the People's Committees at the commune level, Thanh Hoa province; No. 2873/QD-UBND dated August 14, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on promulgating the List of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of Meteorology and Hydrology under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; No. 3093/QD-UBND dated July 24, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on promulgating the List of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of Water Resources under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thanh Hoa province.

Abolish the entire content of Part 1 of the List attached to Decision No. 4397/QD-UBND dated October 16, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on promulgating the List of new administrative procedures; amended, supplemented; abolished in the field of Environment under the authority of the Department of Natural Resources & Environment/ Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks/ District-level People's Committee/ Commune-level People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

Abolish all contents of parts I, II, III of the List attached to Decision No. 2674/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the list of newly issued/amended/abolished administrative procedures in the field of Water Resources under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment/District-level People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province. Abolish all contents of procedures No. 2, 3 in Part I of the List attached to Decision No. 3968/QD-UBND dated October 4, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the List of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of Surveying and Mapping under the state management scope of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thanh Hoa province.
