(NLDO) - The Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City officially announced the 10th grade exam scores at 8:30 this morning, June 23. Parents and students are invited to look up their scores.

In the 2025-2026 school year, 115 public schools in Ho Chi Minh City will enroll 70,070 students. Compared to 76,435 candidates registered for the exam, this year's 10th grade entrance exam decreased by 27,330 students compared to last year.

Although the enrollment target for grade 10 has increased significantly, it is expected that more than 6,000 candidates will still drop out of the race for a place in public grade 10.

Through the marking process, the examiners said that the score distribution of all three subjects of literature, English and math was better than last year, although there were still scores below average but accounted for a small percentage. It is expected that the benchmark score for grade 10 this year will increase slightly.

As soon as the exam scores of candidates are announced, the HCM City Department of Education and Training will also receive applications for re-examining the 10th grade exam scores of students if needed. Secondary schools where students study 9th grade will guide and receive applications for re-examining the scores of students.

Also on June 23, the HCM City Department of Education and Training will announce the benchmark scores for specialized grade 10 and grade 10 integrated English program. Successful candidates will confirm their enrollment online at ts10.hcm.edu.vn from June 23 to 5 p.m. on June 25.
