On April 4, in Hung Yen city, Hung Yen Housing Construction Investment Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to announce the adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Housing project for low-income people (social housing project).

The social housing project invested by Hung Yen Housing Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is being implemented in Hien Nam ward (Hung Yen city). On March 12, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 558/QD-UBND approving the Project to adjust the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the social housing project in Hien Nam ward. According to the decision, the boundary scope for studying and adjusting the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 of the social housing project is implemented in the management area of Hien Nam ward. The North borders Hoang Quoc Viet Street, the South borders Le Thanh Nghi Street and Le Van Huu Street, the East borders Nguyen Luong Bang Street, the West borders Nguyen Binh Street. The population size in the planning adjustment area is about 4,800 people; the land area for studying and adjusting the planning is about ^29,951m2 . The height of the building is expected to be adjusted from 9 floors to 19 floors. Land use indicators, solutions for planning green space, community living space, parking lots for residents... are calculated to meet the standards and planning for building social housing areas in type III urban areas...

Adjusting the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the social housing project in Hien Nam ward is necessary and in line with the province's urban development program.
