The conference announced Decision No. 699-QD/TU dated August 9, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee approving the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tay Bac University, term XXIII, 2020-2025, for comrade Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, member of the Party Standing Committee, Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, Tay Bac University.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Hong Long congratulated Comrade Nguyen Thi Lan Anh on her new position. At the same time, he requested Comrade Nguyen Thi Lan Anh and the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the school to perform well the functions and tasks of the Party Committee and the tasks assigned by the superiors.
