Announcing the Politburo's Decision on personnel work in Thai Nguyen

Attending the conference were Party Central Committee members: Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Nguyen Hong Thai, Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Also attending were comrade Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee and leaders of Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh provinces.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo 's Decision on comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, ceasing to participate in the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Bac Ninh province; ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

The Politburo decided to transfer and appoint comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized that comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan has held many positions, is a capable and experienced cadre, and always completes assigned tasks well.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that with his experience, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan will promote his capacity and responsibility, together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Vuong Quoc Tuan, expressed his honor at receiving the trust and assignment of the task from the Politburo.

He also expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Party, State, generations of leaders of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh province for helping him have time to train, contribute and complete assigned tasks in the past time.

The new Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee affirmed that he will strive to promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, and devote his strength and intelligence to the development of Thai Nguyen province.

Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, born in 1977; hometown: Bac Ninh province. His professional qualifications are Bachelor's degree in Social Management; Doctorate in Business Administration and Master's degree in Educational Management; political theory level: Advanced.

Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan has held many leadership positions, such as: Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province; Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province; Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee; Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union.

After this decision of the Politburo on transfer and appointment, the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee currently has 1 Secretary and 4 Deputy Secretaries. Of these, 3 were born in 1977, including: Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong; Deputy Provincial Party Secretary Vuong Quoc Tuan and Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province Dinh Quang Tuyen.

The remaining Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Binh was born in 1978 and Deputy Secretary, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh was born in 1974.

In the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, only Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Quang Tuyen is from Thai Nguyen, the rest are from Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Bac Ninh and Hung Yen.

Previously, on November 14, in Bac Ninh, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Secretariat's Decision on comrade Pham Hoang Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, ceasing to participate in the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province; transferring and appointing comrade Pham Hoang Son to participate in the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
