At the Conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced decisions on transfer, rotation, acceptance and appointment of 14 cadres and management leaders from October 1, 2024.

Accordingly, comrade Cu Ngoc Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Kan city was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, holding the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Le Duoc Trung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee was transferred to work at Bac Kan City Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Bac Kan City Party Committee.

Comrade Pham Duy Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was received, transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Comrade Hoang Thu Trang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee joined the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2025 term. Previously, at the 22nd Session, the 10th Provincial People's Council elected Comrade Hoang Thu Trang to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Tran Thi Loc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, delegate of the Provincial People's Council was transferred to work at the Provincial People's Council and appointed to join the Party Delegation, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation. Previously, at the 22nd Session, the 10th Provincial People's Council elected Comrade Tran Thi Loc to hold the position of Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Ha Van Truong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies was transferred to work at Bach Thong District Party Committee and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Bach Thong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Ha Thi Lieu - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs was accepted to work at the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and appointed to join the Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies.

Comrade Ho Thi Kim Ngan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province was transferred to work at Cho Moi District Party Committee and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Cho Moi District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Ha Duc Tien - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Cho Don District Party Committee was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.

Comrade Hoang Thi Ngoc Lan - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Council's Ethnic Affairs Commission was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Comrade Diep Van Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Cho Moi District Party Committee was transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, holding the position of Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Comrade Do Thi Hien - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Bach Thong District Party Committee was received and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

The provincial National Assembly delegation congratulated comrades Ho Thi Kim Ngan and Ha Sy Huan on their new assignments.

Comrade Ha Sy Huan - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development was mobilized to work at the National Assembly Delegation of Bac Kan province.

Comrade Trieu Duc Van - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cho Moi district was received and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Duy Chinh said that this was the first time in the term that the province had made adjustments to the work of cadres with a large number, including 5 comrades of the Standing Committee, 7 comrades of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and 2 comrades of cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. He affirmed that the Provincial Party Standing Committee highly appreciated, first of all, the comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for seriously and happily implementing the decisions of the cadre work. This is the exemplary role of the comrades of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in implementing the work of organizing cadres, creating a spreading effect for the grassroots Party committees, especially at the time of preparing to organize party congresses at all levels.

The Provincial Party Secretary congratulated the 14 comrades who were entrusted with new tasks by the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and asked them to promote the results they have achieved in the past time to continue to build new agencies and units to better fulfill their assigned tasks. Agencies and units receiving transferred, transferred and appointed cadres must unite and create conditions for the 14 comrades to fulfill their tasks well.
