Announcement of inspection decision in Long An province

Attending the announcement ceremony were members of the Inspection Team; Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, representatives of leaders and civil servants advising on personnel organization of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in Long An province.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, clearly stated the purpose, requirements, and necessity of the inspection activities on personnel organization; the inspection content according to the plan approved by the Minister of Home Affairs; at the same time, directed and thoroughly grasped the activities of the Inspection Team, requiring members to strictly implement the Regulations on organization and operation of the Inspection Team, maintain discipline and administrative discipline in public service activities.

On behalf of the Inspection Team, Mr. Tran Ngoc Huy, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the Inspection Team, announced the full text of Decision No. 325/QD-TTBNV dated June 28, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on the construction of job positions and management of civil servant payrolls; ethics, communication culture of civil servants, things civil servants are not allowed to do, professional rules of civil servants; the appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions; responsibility for implementing programs, plans, and administrative reform tasks; implementing the assignment and decentralization of state management in the fields under the state management authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Long An province, from January 1, 2022 to April 30, 2024;

Mr. Tran Ngoc Huy also approved the working schedule and requested the People's Committee of Long An province, agencies and organizations to fully prepare documents and files to work with the Inspection Team.

Authorized by the Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Vo Thanh Phong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs summarized the Report of Long An Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of legal provisions related to inspection contents, from January 1, 2022 to April 30, 2024.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee, agreed on the time, program and working content of the Ministry of Home Affairs' Inspection Delegation, accepting the opinions of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Head of the Inspection Delegation.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ut requested the heads of agencies and organizations to arrange time and prepare all documents and files to work with the Inspection Team according to the working schedule. At the same time, the Department of Home Affairs was assigned to be the focal point, urging agencies and organizations to prepare documents and files as required and closely coordinate with the Inspection Team during the working process.
