- On the morning of November 15, the Trade Union of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Lang Son Branch ( Agribank Lang Son Trade Union) held the 10th Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Agribank Lang Son Trade Union currently has 378 union members (100% of employees). Over the years, the Trade Union has effectively implemented the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees; participated in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the unit, coordinated with the unit's leaders to pay attention to improving the material and spiritual life of union members; and ensured regulations on the regime and rights of union members.

Specifically, in the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Union has subsidized Vietnamese workers in difficulty with a total amount of 220 million VND; supported Vietnamese workers who were sick, in trouble, suffered from serious illnesses, union members whose children were sick and required long-term treatment, union members who suffered losses due to natural disasters... with a total amount of 528 million VND; helped and introduced to the Party to train and admit 39 outstanding union members into the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Every year, the Trade Union considers and rewards over 70% of union members who achieve the title of excellent union members; over 70% of female collectives achieve 2 excellent titles; over 85% of female workers achieve 2 excellent titles.

At the congress, delegates discussed the work of caring for Vietnamese workers; inspection and supervision work; good models in maintaining cultural, artistic and sports activities... At the same time, delegates also contributed ideas to the draft documents of the congress of the higher-level trade union.

Also at the congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the 10th Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades, elected the Trade Union Inspection Committee, and elected delegates to attend the higher-level congress (including 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate).

In the coming term, the Trade Union sets out 9 targets: strive for 90% of Trade Union members to complete their tasks well or better; annually, over 80% of union members complete their tasks well or better; annually, the Trade Union achieves the title of strong Trade Union...
