In commemoration of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2024), on the morning of October 16, the Women's Union coordinated with the Club of female cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CBCCVCLĐ) of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union to organize a thematic activity "Women and love".

Attending the meeting were comrades: Luong Trong Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Principal of the Provincial Political School; Dinh Thi Thanh Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, agencies and branches.
Comrade Luong Thi Huyen, Vice President, Head of the Women's Union of Provincial Civil Servants, presented a speech reviewing the traditions of Vietnamese women.
At the meeting, the delegates reviewed the traditions of Vietnamese women in general and Thanh Hoa women in particular. Vietnamese women of all times have always possessed the noble qualities that Uncle Ho once praised: "Heroic - Indomitable - Loyal - Responsible". Throughout historical periods, Vietnamese women have always affirmed their resilience, indomitability, diligence, creativity and have made important contributions to all areas of social life.

The Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union has 6,743 cadres, union members, civil servants and public employees, of which 3,394 are female, accounting for 50.33%. The female civil servants and public employees have strong political qualities, a sense of self-reliance, dynamism, creativity, professional qualifications and quick adaptation to the market mechanism as well as science and technology. Female civil servants and public employees work in many different fields, but all promote their abilities well, contributing to the excellent completion of assigned tasks.
