Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union summarizes union work in the first 6 months of 2025

On the afternoon of June 3, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union (CTU) held a conference to review union work in the first 6 months of 2025.

As of May 31, 2025, the Provincial Trade Union manages 48 grassroots trade unions, 21 departmental trade unions, 217 trade union groups with 3,876 civil servants and employees.

In the first 6 months of the year, the provincial trade union has closely followed the policies and resolutions of the provincial Labor Federation (LD) and proactively developed a work program suitable for the industry's activities. In particular, the work of caring for union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CCVCLĐ), especially union members in particularly difficult circumstances and those with serious illnesses, has been promptly implemented by grassroots trade unions. As of May 31, 2025, 515 visits were organized with a total amount of nearly 250 million VND; the Provincial Labor and Civil Servants Support Fund was requested to support 3 union members with serious illnesses.

The Trade Unions have mobilized employees to participate in supporting the construction of "Union Shelter" houses with an amount of over 194 million VND. Up to now, they have supported the construction of 3 new houses and the repair of 1 house.

During Workers' Month 2025, the provincial Trade Unions and Trade Unions visited and presented gifts to 215 union members with a total amount of over 107 million VND...

The patriotic emulation movement was widely launched by the trade unions among cadres and union members and implemented with many appropriate and practical contents and forms. The trade unions proactively coordinated with the experts to implement the contents of activities, did a good job of propagandaand education , proactively grasped the aspirations of union members in arranging the organizational apparatus at agencies and units; implemented well the policies and regimes and cared for the lives of union members, civil servants and laborers...

The time of termination of activities and handover must be completed before June 25, 2025. For grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% of their salaries from the state budget, the completion of activities must be carried out by June 15, 2025.

Stop collecting union dues and union funds from June 1, 2025 in administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% of salaries from the state budget; for units that have paid from June 1, 2025 onwards, the public service will transfer the payment back to the unit that paid. For grassroots unions that do not end their activities, the union financial settlement will be carried out until May 31, 2025, and the organization will hand over to the Provincial Federation of Labor for management...
