Recognition of 2 model new rural residential areas in 2023

Model residential area in Xuan Thanh 2 village, Hoa Tan Tay commune, Tay Hoa district.

It is known that after more than 1 year of implementation, these new model rural residential areas have contributed to improving the appearance of the local countryside. Currently, 100% of the main roads in the village have been concreted, with street lights and flowers and trees planted on both sides of the road.

The cultural houses and sports areas of the two villages have been upgraded and equipped with facilities to meet the daily needs of the people. 100% of households in the residential area have access to clean water and hygienic water according to regulations. The number of poor households has decreased by less than 1.5%; the average income has reached over 61 million VND/person/year. Security and order have been maintained.

Up to now, Phu Hoa district, Phu Yen province has 7 villages achieving model new rural residential areas.
