An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company: Sports festival to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day

On the morning of April 26, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company organized the first Pickleball Sports Festival and folk games to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and International Labor Day, May 1.

Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, Dang Anh Dung, said that the company regularly organizes sports activities and folk games for staff, employees and workers to participate in, such as: 7-a-side football, tug of war, slow cycling, sack jumping or blindfolded pot smashing or piggy bank winning prizes... Although the value of each prize is not large, each sports event has enhanced the cohesion of the company's members, contributing to improving labor productivity.

In particular, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union organized the first Pickleball competition for the company's staff and workers. Although the company's employees had only been familiar with this sport for nearly 2 months, they all enthusiastically practiced after work and competed no less than professional athletes.

The Board of Directors of An Giang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company took souvenir photos to encourage the "athletes" to compete more confidently.
