Yen Bai Power Company (PC Yen Bai) has proactively developed a plan to ensure safe and stable power supply to serve political - cultural activities, entertainment of people during the April 30 - May 1 holiday. At the same time, it has directed its affiliated power companies to inspect all medium and low voltage lines and distribution transformer stations as well as increase on-duty personnel to handle the situation promptly.

Accordingly, PC Yen Bai requires units to develop and implement plans to ensure electricity supply during the April 30 - May 1 holiday; ensure leadership, incident handling and electrical repair 24/7 during the holiday; conduct general inspections of the power grid and electrical equipment; promote the application of technology, effectively exploit specialized equipment such as flycam, thermal camera, local discharge measuring equipment to enhance day and night inspection of live lines; clean electrical equipment and connect using the Hotline method...

PC Yen Bai and other power companies also closely coordinate with local authorities, functional forces, and mass media agencies to develop and deploy plans to protect security and order, fire prevention and fighting for power projects, agency headquarters, warehouses, etc.; widely disseminate solutions for safe and economical electricity use to the people; inspect and strictly handle acts of flying kites, shooting metal-coated fireworks, and throwing objects onto power lines that can cause grid failures; especially ensure power supply to important locations in the province, local press agencies, hospitals, clean water production facilities, and locations where events are held in the province.

During the holidays of April 30 - May 1 (from April 30 to May 4, 2025), Yen Bai PC will not cut or reduce power supply to do related work, except for incident handling. In addition, the Company has fully prepared materials, spare equipment, communication systems and means of transport, ready to quickly handle any damage and incidents that arise; arrange on-site personnel to operate power transfer, handle incidents when they occur... When an incident occurs, it must be promptly handled according to the established plan and must strictly comply with safety procedures.
