The 2024-2025 school year is the year the school continues to implement the 2018 GeneralEducation Program for all 5 grades. The program has brought a new breeze, with the philosophy of "developing students' qualities and abilities" as the focus. "This is also the year the whole industry and the school promote the implementation of the theme: "Discipline, responsibility, continuous innovation, quality improvement". With a proactive and creative spirit, the teaching staff of Le Quy Don Primary School has strived to overcome difficulties, continue to maintain and improve the quality of comprehensive education", affirmed Mr. Tran Minh Dung, Principal of the school.
As a result, 100% of students were assessed to have completed the program according to the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program. 1,050 students were awarded at the end of the year, accounting for 66.5%. Many students won high prizes in city, provincial and national competitions in the fields of academics, arts and sports . In particular, they also achieved high results in intellectual playgrounds on the Internet from school to national levels.

Outstanding is the achievement at the Internet Olympiads of English (IOE). Of the 9 students in Ca Mau province who won the national IOE award this school year, Le Quy Don Primary School had 3 awards, including 2 Silver awards and 1 Encouragement award. Outstanding was Vu Bao Ngoc, a student of Class 4A but took the exam in a higher grade (took the exam in Class 4 and 5, won both Silver awards).
Along with that, at the provincial "Vietnamese Champion" playground, the school had 40 students winning prizes, including 2 First prizes, 7 Second prizes, 11 Third prizes and 20 Encouragement prizes. In particular, 2 students were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their achievements in winning Bronze Medals in the table tennis event for primary school girls at the 10th National Phu Dong Sports Festival in 2024.
In addition to teaching, the school always goes hand in hand with teaching people, actively innovating educational activities through emulation movements for good study, moral education, creative experiential activities, life skills, environmental protection and building a happy school. The school has won many high prizes in talent competitions such as: Children's Painting with Uncle Ho, Traffic Safety, Prevention of School Violence; Young Informatics; 2024 Festival of Musical Instruments and Amateur Singers; Swimming; Red Flamboyant; We Tell Stories of Uncle Ho... Thereby, the children are comprehensively developed in terms of intelligence, physical strength and life skills.

Cao Kim Ngan, a student of Class 4B, recently represented primary school students in Ca Mau City to participate in the 2025 provincial-level "We Tell Stories of Uncle Ho" Contest and won first prize. Kim Ngan shared: "In addition to class time, I participate in many school activities, which helps me become more confident in front of a crowd, no longer shy and timid. In particular, through the contests, we gain more knowledge about the heroic history of the nation, from which we love our homeland and country more."
