Enhance awareness and skills through occupational safety and health training
Since the beginning of April, the Company has implemented a training plan on occupational safety and hygiene for 6 groups of subjects, from leaders, technical staff to direct workers. The training session was held on April 26, 2025 with comprehensive training content, including theory on hazardous factors, methods to improve working conditions, first aid skills, escape and practice at the workplace. Organizing a final exam contributes to consolidating knowledge, increasing proactiveness in risk prevention, and building a safe and sustainable working environment.

Emergency Drills – Be Prepared for Any Situation
Two emergency drills held on April 17, 2025 at Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Plant helped employees practice their ability to respond quickly and accurately when facing dangerous situations.

Electric shock accident drill: Simulate the situation at the repair workshop, practice rescue procedures, power off, first aid, transporting victims, protecting the scene and meeting to review experiences. Each step is carried out strictly, scientifically , according to technical procedures and ensuring absolute safety.

Food poisoning response drill: A drill to handle the situation after lunch when many employees showed symptoms of poisoning. Isolation, first aid, emergency notification and coordination with local health were promptly implemented. Suspected food samples were sealed for testing, the entire incident was compiled, reported and communicated to all employees as a valuable practical lesson.
Spreading the spirit of solidarity and fitness
Not only stopping at professional activities, the Internal Sports Festival is also a highlight in this year's Workers' Month. With the participation of many employees from departments and workshops, the sports festival brought a vibrant and exciting atmosphere through the competitions: football, badminton, tennis, chess and especially Pickleball, which was included in the competition program for the first time.

Sports festival is not only a healthy playground for physical training but also contributes to strengthening cohesion, improving team spirit and team spirit in the company.
