The highlight of the project is the pedestrian bridge across the lake with a design simulating the shape of a piano, promising to become a unique architectural work, attracting residents and tourists when the park reopens.
With an area of over 42,000m², located between Nguyen Van Huyen and To Hieu streets, Nghia Do Park was once known as the "green pearl" in the heart of the capital. Currently, the projects of subsidence embankment, land filling, leveling low-lying areas, creating walkways and community living spaces are being urgently implemented. The entire park is still surrounded by corrugated iron to ensure safety for the people.
In addition, the park will be equipped with a synchronous lighting system, additional solar lights, surveillance cameras and control screens to enhance convenience and safety.
According to the People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward, the park renovation project is expected to be completed before the Lunar New Year 2026, contributing to creating an urban landscape highlight, improving the living environment and serving the increasing entertainment needs of the capital's residents.
