On the morning of November 24, the delegation of the Hanoi People's Council (constituency number 23), including: Venerable Thich Chieu Tue, Head of the Propagation Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Hanoi; Mr. Luu Quang Huy, Director of the Hanoi Institute of Urban Planning; Ms. Nguyen Vu Bich Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi University and College Block, had a meeting with voters of the communes: Soc Son, Noi Bai, Kim Anh, Da Phuc, Trung Gia.

At the meeting, delegates heard information on the expected time and content of the 28th session, the regular meeting at the end of 2025 of the 16th City People's Council, term 2021-2026; report on the socio -economic development of Hanoi city in 2025, directions and tasks for 2026; summary report of the competent authority responding to voters' petitions at the previous meeting.

Voters expressed their agreement with the content of the City People's Council delegation's approval. At the same time, they raised 6 opinions and recommendations related to the following areas: Planning, traffic infrastructure, culture, environment, dykes and people's lives.

Specifically, delegates from the communes requested the city to speed up the construction progress of the 35 road project, expand the 131 road, national highway 3, Nui Doi road to Bac Phu - Tan Hung, Cau Vat road to YAMAHA Co., Ltd. and Nam Son Waste Treatment Complex; repair the lighting system at the intersection of the new 3B highway in Bac Phu, upgrade the Cau river dyke in Trung Gia commune from dyke No. 4 to dyke No. 3 to ensure safety and avoid flooding during rain and storms; upgrade drainage ditches on roads managed by the city, because many sections are often deeply flooded when it rains heavily.

In addition, voters of Trung Gia, Kim Anh, and Soc Son communes requested the city to soon establish a forest planning, determine the boundaries of forest land and residential land to have a policy to invest in infrastructure serving the lives of people in Minh Tan village (Kim Anh commune). Requested the city to provide additional operating funds for the Commune People's Council according to regulations; pay attention to improving the quality of people's lives, as well as investing in medical facilities, to improve the quality of health care for the people.

Voters of Trung Gia commune requested to redefine the radius and scope of influence of the Nam Son landfill, because many neighboring households are still affected; many garbage trucks take shortcuts on village and hamlet roads, causing waste water to flow onto the road, causing environmental pollution.

On behalf of the Hanoi City People's Council Delegation, Mr. Luu Quang Huy has seriously received the opinions and recommendations and will synthesize them to report to the City People's Council to direct the relevant agencies to promptly consider and resolve the recommendations and proposals raised by voters.
