The Military Medical Department's working group inspected the reality at Regiment 1, Regiment 2 and the Infirmary of Division 9, Army Corps 4. Through the inspection, it was found that the units regularly reviewed, supplemented, and completed combat-ready military medical documents, strictly maintained the combat-ready military medical duty regime, reserved military medical materials in accordance with regulations of all levels, regularly checked and ensured the quantity and types of medicines, chemicals, infusions, and medical equipment ready for combat...
Division 9 also regularly strengthens military medical units, trains basic surgical teams, initial surgical teams, and mobile military medical teams to handle situations, be capable, ready to mobilize, and complete assigned tasks. Along with that, effectively maintain health insurance medical examination and treatment combined with the application of information technology, closely follow documents at all levels as well as promote the application of medical examination and treatment software, promptly upload data as required to the social insurance appraisal portal ( Ministry of National Defense ), ensuring the rights of patients when participating in health insurance.
Regarding the work of preventing heatstroke, Division 9 has proactively developed plans, organized training sessions and organized field trips to handle situations for professional staff and officers from squad leaders and above in the entire division. The unit ensures doses of heatstroke prevention at the training ground and drinking water for soldiers, contributing to ensuring the effectiveness of preventing heatstroke and sunstroke, improving the quality of training at the unit.
Concluding the inspection, Major General, Professor, Dr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Director of the Military Medical Department, requested that in the coming time, Division 9 should continue to thoroughly grasp and implement well the directives and regulations on ensuring military medicine training, combat readiness and other unexpected tasks, strengthen leadership, direct and manage the health of soldiers, and do a good job in disease prevention and control. At the same time, properly and sufficiently implement professional techniques according to decentralization, maintain and continue to promote the effectiveness of medical examination and treatment using military and people's health insurance, and constantly improve the level of medical examination and treatment for medical staff and doctors.
Major General Nguyen Truong Giang requested the division to regularly synchronize medical equipment, maintain and service it according to regulations, fully equip mobile units to be ready for combat, effectively deploy measures to ensure the health of soldiers, contributing to improving the quality of training and combat readiness.
