Working groups of Brigade 971 organized the evacuation of hundreds of households from deep flooded areas, and transported necessities, military uniforms, clean water, and medicine to isolated areas.

On October 9 and 10, the Brigade sent delegations to inspect response work and patrol flooded areas in Trung Gia, Soc Son, Da Phuc, and Thu Lam communes ( Hanoi ); transported Trung Gia commune police to on-duty posts in the area; transported 2 tons of relief goods from the Trung Gia commune People's Committee to isolated flooded areas; and evacuated people from isolated areas to safety.

On October 10, Brigade 971 transported 20 tons of military equipment to Military Region 1 (Military Commands of Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh , Cao Bang, Lang Son provinces); 7,500 relief gifts for people in flooded areas; 750 meals to forces at checkpoints and people in some evacuated areas; 2,000 liters of gasoline to checkpoints...

Military uniforms were brought to localities seriously affected by floods such as Cao Bang , Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, and Lang Son.

People receive necessities.
Instant noodles, rice portions and necessities are received and delivered to households by volunteers.
Clean water and instant noodles are practical support products for people isolated in flood waters at this time.
Many people receive clean water.
Soldiers give clean water to people.
