At the program, union members and youth of Emulation Cluster No. 2 organized propaganda and guidance on the benefits of public services and encouraged people to submit applications online; propagate the use of Tay Ninh Smart application, use Tay Ninh Smart on Zalo platform to submit applications online, reflect on the scene, ask and answer questions online, register for 4.0 stores, pay tuition fees online, watch TV and radio online, update propaganda news from local authorities; guide and mobilize union members and youth to make online payments without using cash.

On this occasion, Emulation Cluster No. 2 presented "Children's Bookcase" to children; gave 10 gifts to students and families in difficult circumstances in Long Vinh commune.

In addition, Emulation Cluster No. 2 also coordinated with Long Vinh Commune Youth Union to visit and present gifts including necessities and cash to 2 cases in difficult circumstances.

Emulation cluster No. 2 presented the "Children's Bookcase" logo to the representative of Long Vinh Commune People's Committee.
