
Job Link 2025 brings together nearly 50 direct recruitment booths and nearly 200 businesses that are authorized to recruit through the Job Link system and the media channels of the Lao Dong Newspaper. At the festival, the organizers also provide more than 15,000 diverse job positions from general labor, technical workers, office staff to positions requiring high professional qualifications.

Participants of this program include: students, new graduates, unskilled workers, trained workers, workers who want to change jobs, people who have completed their labor contracts abroad and returned, or groups of intellectual workers and office staff looking for new development opportunities.
On the employer side, the program brings together domestic and international businesses with companies operating in multiple fields in Ho Chi Minh City (including Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau ), Dong Nai, Tay Ninh... with the participation of many universities, colleges, intermediate schools and professional associations.

Along with recruitment activities, the festival also has many forums and talk shows on the quality of human resources, exchanges on training associated with recruitment; livestream program "Finding people" on TikTok Chu Khoi Nhan Su and TikTok Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper with the accompaniment of TikTok Shop; talk show on career opportunities in the F&B field, exchange of labor law advice and career orientation for young people... In addition, exchange activities, exchange of interview skills, salary negotiation, adapting to the working environment... also take place during the festival.

Mr. To Dinh Tuan, Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Head of the program's Organizing Committee, said that the Job Link 2025 job fair is organized with the goal of creating a space for real interaction between workers and businesses, where the meeting is not only about recruitment but also about exchanging market information, career trends and human resource needs in the new economic context.
Accordingly, the event aims to build a long-term connected ecosystem, in which the press agency plays the role of a reliable bridge, accompanying both employees and employers. “We hope not only to help find jobs - recruit people in a day, but also to open up opportunities for sustainable career development, promoting the quality of human resources for Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region,” said Mr. To Dinh Tuan.

Nguyen Minh Khoa, who has just graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, shared that before coming to the fair, he had sent his application through many online channels but had not received a clear response. Khoa and his friends invited each other to Job Link 2025, where he had the opportunity to meet and discuss directly with the employer, clearly understand the job requirements and corporate culture, thereby confidently demonstrating his own abilities.
“What I liked most was being interviewed right at the booth, and the recruiter gave me frank feedback on what I needed to improve. Thanks to that, I received a letter of appointment for a probationary period at a logistics company. I feel very happy because I finally found a job that suits my major and my orientation,” Khoa said.
