At the end of the final night of Miss Vietnam 2024, in addition to awarding the title of Miss, 2 runners-up and many secondary awards, the organizers also awarded the confusing titles of Queen and Runner-up.

Top 25 contestants compete in Ao Dai, Evening Gown and Behavioral Competitions.

In the end, the organizers awarded the title Miss Vietnam Aesthetics for beauty Cao Thuy Lieu and awarded the title of first runner-up and second runner-up to two other beauties.

The organizers also awarded titles. Vietnam Beauty Queen for beauty Pham Thi Nguyet and two titles of 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up.

The stage design was not beautiful, lacked light, and did not highlight the contestants' performances. The sound system had continuous problems, causing the judges to ask "the organizers to change the microphone" when asking questions during the behavioral round.

Sitting on the hot seat of judges for the competition are: Miss Phan Thi Mo, catwalk director Ta Nguyen Phuc and doctors specializing in cosmetic surgery.

The questions asked by the judges were quite simple, and the audience even judged the beauty contest to be "not up to par": Why did you join the contest? At first, the organizers announced the contest. Miss Vietnam Aesthetics will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television. However, in reality, the contest is broadcast live by Binh Duong Radio and Television Station even though the contest is held in Binh Thuan.
