Having been passionate and pursuing the culinary field for 5 years, Thao decided to choose banh mi as the place for her to continue her grandmother's love, including culinary specialties from all regions to give to the community.

Khanh Linh, a 23-year-old young woman, has a habit of sharing any delicious food with her friends and relatives. And the idea of unique half-sliced bread was born, with the hope that every family and group of friends when eating together will be able to share and enjoy many rich flavors through each half of the beloved bread.

Minh An, a 22-year-old man, has a tendency to experience things. He doesn't want his youth to be a boring, monotonous life in an office. He wants to inspire and bring positive energy to the young people he meets in life.

And fate brought together 3 young people of Gen Z in Hanoi to meet each other, together spreading love and passion for Vietnamese bread with the project Unique Bread - unique half-cut bread.
