Mr. Le Van Sanh, one of three missing fishermen, was found this afternoon, floating in the sea without a life jacket.
Then, at around 5:40 p.m., a Quang Binh fishing boat discovered and rescued Mr. Duong Quang Cuong. Thus, all three fishermen who went missing in the Ly Son sea on the afternoon of November 6, when storm No. 13 made landfall, were rescued.
Previously, at around 8:45 a.m. on November 8, the Hainan 39 ship, while traveling from Vinh Tan port to Son Duong port (Ha Tinh), while passing through Gia Lai waters, discovered and rescued Mr. Phan Duy Quang, one of the three missing fishermen. At the time of rescue, Mr. Quang was in poor health.
After receiving temporary care, Mr. Quang decided to transfer to the An Vinh high-speed boat to continue searching for the remaining two people with the authorities and local people.
Thanks to Mr. Quang’s location guidance, at about 4 p.m. the same day, the An Vinh ship discovered and rescued Mr. Le Van Sanh who was floating at sea, without a life jacket. Mr. Sanh was given water and kept warm, and his health gradually stabilized.
