Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) said that as of the morning of November 8, 2025, 20 reservoirs were carrying out spillway discharge to regulate/reduce floods downstream, ensuring flood prevention capacity (A Vuong, Song Bung 2, Song Bung 4, Song Tranh 2, Song Ba Ha, Ham Thuan, An Khe, Se San 3A, Se San 4, Pleikrong, Se San 3, Ialy, Buon Tua Srah, Srepok 3, Buon Kuop, Don Duong, Dong Nai 4, Dong Nai 3, Thac Mo, Tri An).

Of which, the 500kV grid operates normally, units under the National Power Transmission Corporation and the Central Power Corporation have restored 6/7 incidents on the 220kV grid and 23/26 incidents on the 110kV lines, previously fully restored operation of 17/17 110kV transformer stations affected by the storm.
On the morning of November 8, 2025, with great urgency and great effort in mobilizing the maximum force of about 1,300 people along with necessary means and materials, closely coordinating with local authorities, the Central Power Corporation and related Power Companies restored power supply to nearly 1.13 million customers out of a total of 1.65 million customers using electricity in 6 provinces and cities whose power supply was interrupted due to the impact of storm No. 13 (reaching a rate of over 68%).

In particular, some areas heavily affected by storms and severe flooding, isolated areas in Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Quang Ngai provinces are still being urgently repaired by Electricity units to restore power supply as soon as possible, striving to basically complete the restoration of power supply by November 10, 2025.
