Ho Chi Minh City will organize a series of promotional programs to stimulate demand at the end of the year. Promotion period continues, locations expand
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the second phase of the City Sale branded goods promotion program will take place from November 15, 2025 to January 4, 2026 on e-commerce platforms and directly at many locations.
At the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung - Deputy Head of the Trade Management Department, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade - said that compared to the mid-year promotion program, this time the City Sale branded goods promotion program increased the number of points of sale to 10 points, and spread from the core area of Ho Chi Minh City, in addition to the Binh Duong and Vung Tau areas.
The locations for branded product promotions include Saigon Marina IFC building, Parc Mall shopping center, WTC Expo Binh Duong building, Vicom Mega Mall Thao Dien, Ben Thanh metro station, Audora convention center - Tam Thang ward... The events will take place consecutively.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that this brand promotion brings together more than 500 domestic and international brands, spanning many product lines from cosmetics, perfumes, fashion , accessories to household appliances...
Clothing and cosmetics are on sale up to 80%
The list of brands participating in the program is quite diverse with many brands and product lines. Specifically, perfumes include Gucci, Burberry, Boss, Polo, Versace, Prada, Armani, Carolina Herrera... Cosmetics - beauty care include Whoo, Ohui, Kose, L'Oreal, Maybelline, Yves Rocher... Fashion - accessories: Nike, Adidas, Puma, An Phuoc, Pierre Cardin, Furla...
The organizers said they have coordinated with banking systems such as HDBank and Vikki Bank with many preferential policies, additional discounts when paying without cash, giving vouchers, refunds, valuable gifts for customers...
Digital payment platforms and e-wallets such as VNPay, Payoo... have also built many attractive incentive and refund programs; at the same time, shipping units such as Xanh SM have also launched many incentive packages with strong discounts of up to 25%, encouraging people to shop online and increase digital consumer experience.
"By expanding the City Sale branded goods promotion program to new areas of Ho Chi Minh City, including Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, especially Ben Thanh metro station, Citysale expects to attract 30-50% more customers," said the leader of the Department of Industry and Trade.
The organizers hope that this program will create a vibrant, diverse and quality year-end shopping season, contributing to elevating Ho Chi Minh City to become an attractive shopping destination in the region.
