Compulsory land acquisition of 3 households to implement the road project to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site

The People's Committee of Chi Linh City (Hai Duong) has forcibly recovered 3 plots of land from 3 households in Ben village, Le Loi commune with a total area of ​​over 1,403 m2.

On the morning of June 5, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City organized the compulsory land acquisition to implement the surplus project to build a road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section 1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection).

The area to be forcibly acquired is 3 plots of land of 3 households in Ben village, Le Loi commune with a total area of ​​more than 1,403 ^m2. . Including ^330.8m2 of Mr. Tran Van Loi and Ms. Dong Thi Hien's household; ^760m2 of Mr. Nguyen Van Doan and Ms. Dang Thi Nham's household and ^311.8m2 of Mr. Vu Quang Tuan and Mrs. Do Thi Ha .

Enforcement is carried out publicly, objectively, ensuring order, safety and compliance with the law.

Previously, the Chi Linh City Land Clearance Council coordinated with local authorities to actively mobilize and propagate these households to agree on the compensation support plan. However, the households did not comply, affecting the project's construction progress.

The project of the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (half of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection) will be implemented from September 2023.

The total land area to be recovered is nearly ^94,200m2 , of which the area recovered for project implementation is more than ^93,600m2 ; the remaining area is recovered due to the impact of the project.

The total number of households whose land was recovered for the project was 96 households with 106 plots of land; the total approved compensation and support amount was more than 134 billion VND.

The fact that households deliberately did not implement the land recovery decision affected the project's progress.

The Chi Linh City Land Clearance Council coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities of Le Loi and Hung Dao communes to deploy and fully implement all steps in the land clearance procedure; 93/96 households whose land had to be recovered agreed to the plan.
