Enforced land acquisition for construction of Ninh So Industrial Park Phase 2

Vice Chairman of Thuong Tin District People's Committee Phan Thanh Tung was present at the scene to directly direct the forced land recovery according to regulations.

Following the direction of the Chairman of Thuong Tin District People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Minh to carry out the enforcement, at 7:30 a.m. on August 10, Chairman of Ninh So Commune People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Dao read the decision to enforce the land recovery of two households, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien and Mr. Dang Van Luat, both in So Ha village, according to plan.

Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien's household in So Ha village has 1,800m2 of agricultural land on plot number 134; 288m2 on plot number 133 and 1,070m2 on plot number 144 (The map serving the compensation work for the Ninh So Industrial Park project phase 2 was confirmed by the competent authority on August 2, 2021).

Along with that, there is also Mr. Dang Van Luat's household, So Ha village (Mrs. Pham Thi Suy's husband has passed away) using the recovered area of 648m2 at land plot number 179/4 on map sheet number III measured in 1993, who also did not cooperate in receiving compensation money and handing over the land to the District People's Committee and the project investor.

Previously, the District People's Committee had carried out propaganda and mobilization work to reclaim 76,476m2 of agricultural land from 121 households to build Ninh So Industrial Park Phase 2 according to regulations. During the implementation process, 119 households complied with the land handover, only 2 households did not agree.

Therefore, on July 26, 2023, the District People's Committee issued Decision No. 4442 and 4443/QD-UBND to organize compulsory land recovery for 2 families to hand over the remaining area to the investor to complete the Ninh So Industrial Park construction project phase 2. The issuance of the decision on compulsory land recovery was implemented by the Thuong Tin District People's Committee in accordance with regulations.
