Former Ador employee files lawsuit against NewJeans' "mother"

Former employee "B" also intends to report to the Ministry of Employment and Labor about Vice President "A"'s involvement in sexual harassment and workplace abuse.

Previously, former Ador employee filed a complaint against Vice President “A” on March 6 this year, while still working at the company. Immediately after that, an investigation was conducted at HYBE headquarters, but the investigation ended on March 16 with the conclusion that “A” was not guilty of sexual harassment.

According to All Kpop, it was revealed that Min Hee Jin worked with "A" to ensure that the vice president did not face any charges. According to former employee "B", after the investigation was over, she was notified that she would be transferred to another department - where she would work directly with "A", and her income would be reduced by 40%.

In fact, the details of this incident were partly revealed during the internal dispute between Min Hee Jin and HYBE regarding ILLIT and NewJeans. Private KakaoTalk messages between Min Hee Jin and Vice President "A" were revealed. Through this, former employee "B" discovered that CEO Min Hee Jin and "A" had insulted her through private messages and taken measures to cover up the sexual harassment.

When former employee "B" tried to contact Min Hee Jin to ask for an apology, CEO Ador did not respond. Along with the slanderous messages, former employee "B" decided to file a police complaint against Min Hee Jin for violating the Labor Standards Act as well as the Information Protection Act.

In another development, in an interview with All Kpop, Vice President Ador - who was mentioned in the accusation of former employee "B" - affirmed that he "never committed sexual harassment".

"I have never committed sexual harassment. 'B' said that I invited her to an unwanted drinking event because she was a 'young female' employee, which made her feel uncomfortable. But I never had such thoughts. That meeting was a work-related event and B was responsible for long-term planning and building relationships with partners," the person shared with All Kpop.
