Effectively implementing the emulation movement "Building Ha Nam Women of the new era", campaigns launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union and localities in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", the campaign "Building families of 5 no's, 3 clean's", "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas". The Party cell has led the implementation of 3 key tasks of the association: Propaganda, mobilization, support for women to develop comprehensively, build happy families; participate in building the Party and the political system, focus on monitoring, social criticism, mobilizing society to implement gender equality; building a strong association, operating professionally and effectively. In particular, during the term, the following competitions were successfully organized: Application of IT in organizing member activities, Excellent grassroots association president, Excellent provincial-level propagandist... The annual targets and the 2020-2025 term were all achieved and exceeded.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Women's Union Party Cell will continue to improve the effectiveness of political and ideologicaleducation , promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; continue to reorganize the agency's apparatus to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations under the direction of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. Improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party Cell and the quality of the Party members; promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members; build a contingent of cadres and Party members, especially leaders, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the task. Improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision and Party discipline work. Focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the agency's political tasks.
Every year, 100% of Party members, cadres, civil servants, and workers in the Party cell are encouraged to study, research, propagate, disseminate, and thoroughly understand the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and the Association's resolutions. 100% of directive and administrative documents of the Party cell and agencies are exchanged through the electronic document management software system, document interconnection, and sending/receiving documents through the national document interconnection axis between the Central Government and provinces and cities. 100% of Party members, cadres, and civil servants are proficient in using basic software such as official email, professional software of the Association, and know how to apply information technology to support their work. Every year, 100% of Party members are assessed and classified as having completed their tasks well or better (of which, 20% of Party members are assessed as having completed their tasks excellently); The Party cell strives to achieve the goal of a grassroots Party organization that has completed its tasks well or better...
At the Congress, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Ha Nam Provincial Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term; Decision to appoint delegates to attend the Congress of Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term.
