Party Congress of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works of the Province

On the afternoon of April 24, the Party Committee of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board held the 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transport and Agricultural Works.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Project Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the Traffic Construction Project Management Board and the Party Committee of the Agricultural and Rural Development Project Management Board. The Party Committee has 7 Party cells with a total of 129 Party members.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Party Committee has successfully completed its political tasks. Of which, it was assigned to be the investor of a total of 79 projects, and the unit has completed 63 projects (of which 52 projects have been completed and approved for final settlement and final payment). The Project Management Board is focusing on accelerating the construction of transitional projects and implementing the work of establishing investment policies for 9 public investment projects. Many large projects have been completed and put into use, which are the driving force for the common development of the province, such as: Project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 342 connecting Ha Long - Ba Che - Lang Son; Van Don - Tien Yen Expressway;   coastal road connecting Ha Long city - Cam Pha city; road connecting Cai Lan Industrial Park through Viet Hung Industrial Park to Ha Long - Van Don highway. Along with that, many projects have been completed and put into use, contributing to increasing the rate of active irrigation and drainage and ensuring urban and industrial water as well as promoting the development of rural areas...

Comrade Tran Viet Dung, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board presented a report at the Congress.

With the Congress theme: Solidarity, discipline, innovation, improving leadership capacity to successfully implement the goals by 2030, contributing to building a rich, civilized and modern Quang Ninh province, the Party Committee of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board determined the direction for the 2025-2030 term and a number of key tasks. Strive for 100% of affiliated Party cells to effectively develop and implement the work program, inspection and supervision program for the entire term and annually. 90% of affiliated Party cells are recognized as "Four-good Party cells" and are classified as having completed their tasks well or better; the Party Committee is recognized as "Four-good grassroots Party Committee" and is classified as having completed their tasks well or better; 90% of Party members in the entire Party Committee are classified as having completed their tasks well or better, of which 20% have completed their tasks excellently. Lead and direct the completion of 100% of targets and tasks assigned by superiors, especially the disbursement of public investment capital. Focus on accelerating construction progress, completing and putting into use key projects according to the set plan.

At the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board.
