The Provincial VBSP Party Committee currently has 10 affiliated Party cells, including: the Party cell at the Provincial Headquarters and 9 District VBSP Transaction Offices, with a total of 68 Party members, including 4 probationary Party members. During the past term, the Provincial VBSP Party Committee has achieved many outstanding achievements. The Party Committee has comprehensively and closely led and directed all aspects of work, successfully completing 100% of the targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term, many of which far exceeded the set plan.

Notably, the total capital as of April 30, 2025 reached VND 5,679 billion, an increase of 108.4% compared to the beginning of the term. Of which, mobilized capital reached VND 711 billion, an increase of VND 377 billion (113%), and locally entrusted capital reached VND 703 billion, an increase of VND 638.5 billion (978.7%).

Credit capital grew quite strongly in the period of 2020-2025, creating conditions for more than 155,000 poor and near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries to borrow capital; helping 32,000 households escape poverty; creating jobs for more than 35,000 workers; supporting 31,000 students in difficult circumstances to borrow capital for studying. In addition, nearly 172,000 clean water and sanitation works were built; 590 low-income customers received loans to buy or build social housing... The total outstanding balance of credit programs by the end of April 2025 reached VND 5,668 billion, an increase of more than VND 2,950 billion compared to the beginning of the term, completing 108% of the plan.
The Party Committee of the Provincial Social Policy Bank has comprehensively innovated its leadership and direction. Ideological work and political propaganda have been implemented synchronously; inspection, supervision, and anti-corruption and waste have been carried out seriously and effectively. Emulation movements have been promoted, contributing to creating positive changes internally and externally.
In particular, the Party Committee has promptly implemented key tasks such as: summarizing 20 years of implementing policy credit according to Decree 78/2002/ND-CP, 10 years of implementing Directive 40-CT/TW of the Party Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social policy credit, advising on the implementation plan of the VBSP Development Strategy to 2030 to ensure annual credit growth rate, and increasingly improving credit quality. The application of information technology, the deployment of Mobile Banking and credit management software have also been focused on, contributing to improving operational efficiency and serving the people.
Voting to approve key targets for the 2025–2030 term
During the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee of the VBSP determined to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, innovation and creativity, and be determined to excellently complete the assigned political tasks. The focus is on leading the implementation of policy credit growth in accordance with the orientation of the VBSP Development Strategy to 2030 and Directive No. 39-CT/TW dated October 30, 2024 of the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee.
Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Nguyen acknowledged and praised the outstanding results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies in the past term. According to him, the coming term has special significance as the province prepares to enter a new development stage, after the merger, forming the new Lam Dong province. This is both a new opportunity and a challenge, requiring the Party Committee of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to have strategic orientations, be proactive and highly determined, continue to improve leadership capacity, fighting strength, promote the strength of solidarity, democracy, intelligence and innovation.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee of the Social Policy Bank to clearly identify key tasks in the new term.
